I specialise in offering professional supervision services tailored for school leaders, business leaders and leaders of faith-based organisations.
With a focus on leveraging the owner's expertise as a former school leader and qualified professional supervisor, we aim to enhance leadership skills, promote personal growth, and foster a culture of excellence within educational institutions.

I use the Transforming Experience Framework (TEF) as my main structure for professional supervision. This framework ensures that supervision is focused on your role, the internal and external factors that impact on the role and how actions can led to deeper discovery of the self.
